What is required to file Short-Term Disability?
You need to be enrolled in the Short-Term Disability plan with 22nd Century to be able to apply for it. A physician needs to provide the details of disability and the duration to fila claim with insurer.
Will my wages be covered while I am out on disability?
Yes, if enrolled under the STD plan 66.67% of your wages up to a maximum of $1000/week will be covered by the insurer for the duration of disability approved by insurer. For more information please contact Human resources at ecare@tscti.com

Yes, you can select a portion of your pay (round figure or percentage) to go to a separate account. Please reach out to Human Resources at ecare@tscti.com. TSCTI provides you with provisions for two separate accounts without any charge for any additional account a charge of $5 per additional account per transaction is applicable.
