How do I log in to the job diva portal?

How can I review my paystubs?
You will receive the login credentials from ecare@tscti.com for ADP and through ADP, you can login and view your paystubs. In case, there is an issue while logging in, please reach out to ecare@tscti.com or call on: 732-507-7967
Is it mandatory to enroll for 401K and when does the 401K deduction starts?
It is not mandate to enroll for TSCTI 401K benefits. If you wish to enroll, the deduction will take place from 3rd paycheck itself. Also, you can enroll anytime for 401K during your employment.
I would like to know my sick/vacation balance?

When will I receive my first paycheck?
Please refer to the payroll schedule that is shared with you in the offer letter. The first column of the payroll schedule shows the payroll start date and second column refer to payroll end date. The third column shows the timesheet submission date and 4th column is the date when you receive the paycheck.
In case, you are unable to find the payroll schedule, kindly reach out to onboarding@tscti.com
My contract is coming to an end, do you have any update in regards to the extension?

I got injured while at work, what is the further process?
All employees are covered under the workers compensation policy with TSCTI, please reach out to E-care team by emailing ecare@tscti.com to file a worker’s compensation claim. Injury information shall be reported within 24 hours to the E-Care team.
Is sickness/illness covered under workers compensation?
